A highly interactive course highlighting how to carry out supervision effectively (which is a legal requirement) within an Early Years setting.
Supporting staff to develop their practice is a key responsibility of any Early Years leader. This interactive course will explore strategies for giving feedback and managing performance through supervision.
Learn why, when and how to conduct supervision and the skills required to ensure the process is meaningful.
Laura will also share her “mirror, mirror on the wall technique”
